• Is the embroidery printed or hand-done?
  Entirely hand-embroidered. The density of the paisley jaal pattern can look like a print from a distance, but every motif — every vine, leaf, and flower — is individually stitched by hand. This is one of the most embroidery-intensive pieces in our collection.
• Is the embroidery on the back too?
  The dense jaal embroidery covers the front yoke and both sleeves. The back yoke may have lighter embroidery or be plain — please refer to the product images for details.
• Are the pants embroidered?
  Yes. The pants have small floral embroidered motifs near the ankles that coordinate with the kurta's colour palette.
• Does this set come with a dupatta?
  No — this is a 2-piece set (kurta + pants). The embroidery on the kurta is substantial enough to carry the look without a dupatta. You can pair it with any plain ivory or beige dupatta if you prefer.
• Is the ivory fabric see-through?
  The kurta body below the embroidered yoke is a lightweight cotton. A nude or white slip may be advisable for the plain section depending on your preference.
• Can I wear this to the office?
  Yes. Without a dupatta, this reads as a polished, sophisticated work outfit. The ivory base and refined embroidery are appropriate for professional settings.
